Local projects are not eligible. <br />MPCA Grants for replacing inadequate water infrastructure <br />o Eligible applicants must be a city, …having jurisdiction over <br />disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, or other wastes…located <br />in or near an area of concern for environmental justice... <br />Result – city is not in an “Environmental Justice” area – <br />therefore not eligible <br />
