<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />The City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 12, <br />2024, at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter on the following matter: <br /> <br />ITEM: Request for Rezone from M-2 (Mixed Use Neighborhood District) to P1 <br />(Public/Institutional) & corresponding Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />PETITIONER/ <br />PROPERTY OWNER: Estate of William LaLonde/w/Purchase Option: Independent School <br />District 12 (Centennial) <br />PROPERTY I.D. #: R#23-31-22-22-0003, 1687 Westview Street <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 4 AUDITORS SUBDIVISION NO 48 REV EX E 201 FT <br />THEREOF <br /> <br />The petitioner requests that the city consider rezoning from M-2 (Mixed Use Neighborhood District) to P1 <br />(Public/Institutional) & corresponding Comprehensive Plan Amendment, allowing for future expansion of the <br />Centerville Elementary School facilities. <br /> <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language interpreter must be <br />received before 4:00 p.m., October 31, 2024. All persons interested are invited to attend and to be heard or may <br />submit in writing their concerns.
