On average, NWSCC/CCX pays <br />its staff 29% more than NMTV. <br />- Budgeting philosophies and priorities can vary across organizations. <br />o NMTV has stayed within budget for each of the last four years. <br />o NWSCCC/CCX has intentionally drawn from its reserves to cover $1.9M over the <br />last four years. Its reserve fund still complies with the Office of the State <br />AuditorÓs guidance to retain between 35-50% of expenditures in reserves. <br /> <br /> <br />
