APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was revised to add public comments under Awards, Presentations, and Appearances. <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thompson seconded by Commissioner Olson to Approve the <br />Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING (6:30 PM or shortly thereafter) <br /> <br />1. Variance Request Î 7214 LaValle Drive Î Second Driveway Access <br />Administrator Statz introduced this item as presented in the packet, reviewing the staff memo, the <br />City Code, and state statue as it pertains to variances. Administrator Statz noted that variance <br />requests require the applicant to demonstrate that their request: <br />1. Is reasonable <br />2. Is unique and not caused by their actions <br />3.
