Two percent (2%) of the total cost of labor and materials of the heating, ventilation <br />and air conditioning work to be completed or a minimum of $40 whichever is greater. <br /> <br /> Work commenced without first obtaining a permit shall be charged an investigative fee <br /> equal to permit fees, in addition to normal permit fees. <br /> <br /> Sprinkler/Fire Suppression system permits: <br /> <br /> Single Family, Flat fee $400 <br /> Fire Suppression Permit Minimum $75 <br /> <br />Other sprinkler/fire suppression permits.
