He stated that <br />following meeting a with the City of Centerville’s Metropolitan Council representative, the second <br />timeline contained in Council’s packet was more accurate, as the issuance of one Request for Proposal <br />would work for the Comprehensive Plan which would contain an enhanced section for the Downtown <br />(e.g. one plan). <br /> <br />III.
