Theapplicant is the Centennial School District and the landowner <br />has also signed on, authorizing theapplication by the school. <br />School District Staff has prepared a presentation detailing their need for the property and <br />potential uses of the property. Unlike many development proposals, there is noimminent <br />project to consider. <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />ThecityÓs Comprehensive Plan guides this property for Central Business District/Mixed <br />use on theFuture Land Use Plan map. <br />Theapplicant is requesting that the property be re-guided to Public/Semi-Publicuse. <br /> <br />
