EXHIBIT E <br />LANDFILL, GRADING AND EXCAVATING PERMIT FEES <br />General. Fees shall be assessed. in accordance with the provisions of this section or shall be as set <br />forth in the fee schedule adopted by the jurisdiction. <br />Plan Review Fees. When a plan or other data are required to be submitted, a plan review fee shall be <br />paid at the time of submitting plans and specifications for review. Said plan review fee shall be set <br />forth in Table A33-A. Separate plan review fees shall apply to retaining walls or major drainage <br />structures as required elsewhere in this code. For excavation and fill on the same site, the fee shall be <br />based on the volume of excavation or fill, whichever is greater. <br />Grading Permit Fees. A fee for each grading permit shall be paid to the City as set forth in Table <br />A33-13. Separate permits and fees shall apply to retaining walls or major drainage structures as <br />required elsewhere in this code. There shall be no separate charge for standard terrace drains and <br />similar facilities. <br />TABLE A33-A GRADING PLAN REVIEW FEE <br />50 cubic yards (38.2 m3) or less No Fee <br />51 to 100 cubic yards (40 m3 to 76.5 m3) $37.01 <br />101 to 1,000 cubic yards (77.2 m3 to 764.6 m3) $58.28 <br />1,001 to 10,000 cubic yards (765.3 m3 to 7645.5 m3) $77.57 <br />10,001 to 100,000 cubic yards (7646.3 to 7645.5 m3) - $77.57 for the first <br />10,000 cubic yards (7645.5 m3), plus $38.59 for each additional <br />10,000 cubic yards (7645.5 m3) or fraction thereof. <br />100,001 to 200,000 cubic yards (7645.6 m3 to 15,291.1 m3) - $424.86 for the <br />first 100,000 cubic yards (7645.5 m3), plus $20.87 for each additional <br />10,000 cubic yards (7645.5 m3) or fraction thereof. <br />200,001 cubic yards (15,291.2 m3) or more - $633.55 for the first 200,000 cubic <br />yards (15,291.1 m3), plus $11.42 for each additional 10,000 cubic years <br />(7645.5 m3) or fraction thereof. <br />Other Fees: <br />FM <br />Additional plan review required by changes, additions or revisions to <br />approved plans (minimum charge — one-half hour) $79.54/hour* <br />*Or the total hourly cost to the jurisdiction, whichever is the greatest.
