CITY OF CENTERVILLE Anoka County, Minnesota SITMMARY OF ORDINANCE 1.37, SECOND SERIES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on December 5, 2024, Ordinance #137, Second Series, entitled "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2025"vas adopjed by the City Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota,. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance # 13 7, Second Series the City Council has directed that a title and summary be prepared for publication pursuant to Minn. Stat. 412,191, Subd 4. NOTICE IS FUWMER GIVEN that a complete, printed copy of Ordinance #137, Second Series is available for inspection by any person during regular offi.ce hours at, the office of the City Clerk, 1880 Main Street, Centerville, NIN, or will be mailed to anyone requesting it by telephone (651) 429 3232. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the general purpose of the ordinance is to adopt fees and charges for vanous purposes. Section I. This section adopts fees and charges including fees related to garbage/utility account certification, atility rates and charges, animal licensing, burning permits, fees for use of right of -ways and excavations in. streets, fees for business licensing, fees and deposits related building activities, fees for sign permits, development fees including fees in lieu of park dedications, planning and zoning fees, and fees for set -vices including supplying copies and. maps, and fees for vacation of streets and easements, Section 2. This sectionauthorizes this summary of the ordinance be published in lieu of the entire text of the ordinance. Section 3.
