The County's strong financial <br />condition was recognized by the AAA bond rating by Standard and Poor's and Aaa bond rating by Moody's. <br />Dakota County currently maintains a competitive property tax rate among the metropolitan counties. During the <br />past several years, the County has continued to provide exemplary services with little increase in the overall cost <br />of government to residents. <br />
