GUARANTEE SRG provides the following guarantee — if the new employee terminates for <br />any reason within two years (730 calendar days), a one-time replacement will be made for <br />the specific position detailed in the original order specifications at the same salary with no <br />additional fee, provided the fee has been paid in full. If a suitable candidate is not found <br />within 60 days after termination, the Client may elect to receive a 100% refund. <br />FEE OPTIONS: <br />• 30% of first year's salary with 1 year guarantee of employment <br />• 25% of first year's salary with 6 month guarantee of employment <br />• $5,000 for standardized interview process, background and reference checks of <br />candidates sourced by City of Centerville <br />BILLING Invoices will be presented upon the Client's hiring decision, and invoices are due <br />within ten (10) days of the start date of the SRG candidate. <br />QUALITY Client satisfaction is our primary concern.
