THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPOMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION EDA # 25-001 <br />SELECTING OFFIERS FOR 2025 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Bylaws of the Economic Development Authority of the City <br />of Centerville, officers shall be appointed annually; and <br />WHEREAS, on January 17, 2024, the FDA shall appoint its 2025 officers; and <br />WHEREAS, the President, Vice -President and Treasurer shall be members of the Board <br />and shall be elected annually, and; <br />WHEREAS, the bylaws of the EDA allow for any of the board members to be the <br />Treasurer, even if that board member holds the position of President or Vice -President; and <br />WHEREAS, the bylaws of the EDA state that the positions of Assistant Treasurer and <br />Secretary need not be members of the board; and <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the Executive Director to be a member of the city staff; <br />and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND KNOWN TO ALL, that <br />the Board of Commissioners, names its officers as follows: <br />President: <br />Vice -President: <br />Treasurer: <br />Assistant Treasurer: <br />Secretary: <br />Executive Director: <br />THE VOTE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE ADOPTION OF <br />THIS RESOLUTION WAS IN FAVOR OF THE RESOLUTION. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED, by the Economic Development Authority of the City of <br />Centerville this 17" day of January 2025. <br />Mark Remillard, President <br />Attest: <br />Athanasia Lewis, Executive Director <br />
