CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />January 22, 2025 <br />Administration <br />VII.5 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Minnesota Cities Stormwater Coalition (MCSC) Membership Renewal <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />Centerville is a member of the Minnesota Cities Stormwater Coalition (MCSC) and the invoice for 2025 is <br />included in the packet for Council's consideration. MCSC works with regulators to ensure they understand the <br />implication of proposed stormwater rules on cities. MCSC also lobbies on behalf of cities with the Minnesota <br />Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and other regulatory agencies.
