COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RES. #25-0____ <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SEPECIFICATIONS FOR 2025 THIN OVERLAY STREET IMPROVMENTS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted January 22, 2025, a feasibility report <br />has been prepared by Stantec with reference to the proposed improvements known as the 2025 <br />Thin Overlay Street Improvements and this report was presented to the council on February 12, <br />2025, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed improvements include the areas of Lamotte Drive and Heritage Street <br />st <br />west of Centerville Road, Center Oaks 1 Addition (Center Street W of Dupre, Tourville Circle, <br />Oak Circle, Pheasant Lane), Brian Drive (Main Street to Brian Court), Peltier Circle, Old Mill Rd <br />(N of Revoir St), and Shad Avenue with a thin asphalt overlay <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted February 12, 2025, the feasibility report <br />th <br />was received by the council, and a public hearing was ordered for March 26, 2025, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br />feasibility report. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted <br />February 12, 2025. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed improvements have no relationship to the CityÓs comprehensive <br />municipal plan. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., as the City Engineer, shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1.
