CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. <br />1. Roll Call <br />2. Oath of Office Î Jim Carciofini <br /> <br />Administrator Statz Administrator Statz administered the Oath to Jim Carciofini and welcomed <br />him to the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Present: Commissioner Olson Not Approved <br />Commissioner Richard Nelson <br />Commissioner Dawn Kalina <br />Chair Jon Krueger <br />Commissioner Jeannie Seppala <br />Commissioner Jim Carciofini <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner Bruce Thompson <br /> <br /> <br />Staff: City Administrator, Mark Statz <br />Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />Council Council Member Russ Koski <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Krueger, seconded by Commissioner Nelson to Approve the <br />Agenda. All in favor. Concept Review Î Old Mill Estates 3 Addition <br />stnd <br />Staff introduced this item, noting that the concept plan for Old Mill Estates 1 and 2 edition were <br />reviewed at the Planning Commission meeting in March 2024. No formal action was taken at that <br />meeting, but there was consensus of the Commission to support the plan. <br /> <br />The developer was hoping to complete the project in the summer 2024, however, wetland <br />permitting issues took longer than expected Î those issues have been resolved. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
