City of Centerville <br />City Council Work Session & Meeting Minutes <br />February 12, 2025 <br /> A strip of land by Heritage Street, Block 7 – requesting to rezone back to R-2 (Single-Family, <br />Residential) <br /> Snow removal from trail along Main Street near St. Gen’s Cemetery – to show caution for <br />headstones and new fencing <br /> Proposed 2025 Thin Mill & Overlay – residents had concerns with the 2022 Overlay project as <br />they feel it was not completed affectively as it could have been <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for Council to make modifications to the agenda, if needed. <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Kubat to Approve the Set Agenda <br />as presented.
