CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MEETINGS <br />January 15, 2024 <br />5:30 p.m. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled Economic <br />Development Authority meeting on January 15, 2024. <br />MEETING NOT APPROVED <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:30 p.m. by President Remillard. <br /> <br />II. OATH OF OFFICE <br /> <br />1. Anita Rios <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis administered the oath to Ania Rios and welcomed her to the EDA. <br /> <br />III. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />President Remillard called the roll. <br /> <br />PRESENT: President Mark Remillard <br />Vice-President Chris Swenson <br />Councilmember Darrin Mosher <br />Councilmember Anita Rios <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />VACANCY: One <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />There was one correction to the agenda, and that was to change the date of the agenda to reflect <br />thth <br />that the meeting is on January 15 rather than January 17 as listed on the agenda. <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Mosher to approve the <br />revised agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />
