Lƒseekingapprovaltobuildanaccessorystructureinmyfrontyardwithsquarefootageofup <br />to802sq.Accessorystructurewillbeuseasagarage/poolhouse. <br />a. Iamalsoseekingapprovaltohaveelectrical,gas,waterandsewerintheaccessory <br />structure.Iwouldliketohaveatoiletinthebuildingtobeusedbyanyoneenjoyingthe <br />alsoproposedpool.Theintentistosuethisbuildingasapoolhouseinthesummer <br />andgarage/golfsimulator/workoutroominthewinter. <br />b. Structurewillnotbebuilttobeusedaspermanentortemporarylivingquartersandwill <br />absolutelynotbeusedassuch. <br />2. Lƒalsoseekingapprovetobuildaningroundpoolinmyfrontyardbetweentheproposed <br />accessorystructureandmyhome.PoolwillbefencedandIwillhaveanautomacelectric <br />coverforsafetypurposes.TheplannedpoolwillnotexceedЋЉXЍЉ͵ <br />Iamintheprocessofworkingwithanarchitecttodesigntheaccessorystructureandhavemeetwith <br />twodierentpoolinstallaoncompaniestodiscussthatporonofthisrequest. <br />AsketchoftheproposedbuildingandpoolhavebeenlaidouttoscaleontheenclosedCer ŋ cateof <br />Surveyformyhome.Alsoenclosedifapreliminaryplanfortheaccessorystructure. <br />IunderstandthatthisrequestisnotwithintheĭźƷǤƭplanningandzoningguidance.Iamhowever <br />seekingapprovalasapprovalofsuchwillenhancemylivingexperienceatmyhomeandwillnotimpair <br />thosearoundmyproperty.Thepropertyislargeenoughtoaccommodatethisrequestandalladdions <br />willbedonewithhighqualityproductstomatchourexisnghome. <br />Inmeengwithpoolcompanies,Icannotinstallapoolinmybackyard(overlookingthelake)dueto <br />sewerandwaterlinesthatarethere.Addionally,anypoolbuiltinthebackyardwouldhavetobean <br />abovegroundduepooltothewatertableofthelake.Abovegroundpooldonotlookasnice(formeor <br />myneighbors)andisnotassafeasaningroundpoolduetosightlinesforsupervising <br />anyoneusingthe <br />pool. <br />hƦƚƓƭŅƚƩ/ƚƓƭźķĻƩğƚƓʹ <br /> IfIobtainapprovaltomoveforwardfromtheplanningandzoningcommissionΑIwillsubmita <br />formalrequestforapprovalofthevariance. <br /> Ifthecommieeisfavorableofthisrequestbutwithoutthesupportofabathroominthe <br />accessorystructureΑIwouldliketomodifytheplansoftheproposedaccessorytoeliminatethe <br />roofcoveredpaoandjustbuildan800accessorystructuretobeusedasagarageanda <br />workoutroomwithagolfsimulator.Thisstructurewouldthennothaveanyplumbingorwater <br />runtoitbutwouldbeheatedandhavelights. <br /> Also,IfthepoolisnotsupportedΑIwouldliketomodifytheplansoftheaccessorystructureas <br />notedabove. <br /> <br />
