Election of Chair and Vice Chair <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced this item as presented in the packet. Discussion ensued about <br />board officers. Discussion ensued about the number of members and length of terms on the EDA. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by Commissioner Rios to nominate Mark <br />Remillard as President, Chris Swenson as Vice President and Athanasia Lewis as Executive <br />Director. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by President Remillard to adjourn the January <br />15, 2024, Economic Development Authority meeting at 6:15 p.m. All in favor.
