(A) (1) A comprehensive sign plan is required at the time of Planning and Zoning Commission review of any proposed new commercial or industrial development. This plan shall indicate the location, size, height, color, lighting and orientation of all proposed signs and shall be submitted for approval pursuant to the regulations of the city. (2) Building permits and inspections are necessary as required by Building and Electrical Code.
