(Unless financed) <br />5GK8DeED<:;FFA64@68>& <br />If the Contract was solicited at a location other than the place of business of Contractor, and Customer does not want the goods or <br />services, Customer may cancel this purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this purchase. <br /> <br />The notice must be mailed or delivered to: Groundworks Minnesota, LLC at 1325 South Frandsen Avenue, Rush City, MN 55069. <br />If Customer cancels a home solicitation sale during the cancellation period listed in this paragraph of the Contract, Contractor <br />must return any payments made by Customer. If Customer does not cancel the transaction during the cancellation period listed in <br />this paragraph of the Contract, the deposit will be non-refundable.
