The line, parallel to the street line, that passes through the point of the principal <br />building nearest the front lot line. <br /> <br />SETBACK. The minimum horizontal distance between a lot line and a building line or use. <br />\[Delete this definition in favor of the one below\] <br /> <br />YARD SETBACK. A required open space on a lot which is unoccupied and unobstructed from the ground <br />upward, except as otherwise provided for herein. The measurement of a YARD SETBACK shall be <br />construed as the minimum horizontal distance between the lot line and the a building or structureline. <br /> <br />YARD SETBACK, FRONT. A yard extending across the full width of the front lot between side lot lines and <br />extending from the front property line to the depth required in the yard regulations of the district in which the <br />lot is located. On a corner lot, both street frontages shall be considered the front. The area extending along the <br />full length of a front lot line between side lot lines and to the depth required in the setback regulations for the <br />district in which it is located. <br /> <br />YARD SETBACK, REAR. The portion of the yard on the same lot with the principal building located <br />between the rear line of the building and the rear lot line and extending for the full width of the lot. The area <br />lying along the full length of the rear lot line between side lot lines and extending inwardly to the depth <br />required in the setback regulations for the district in which the lot is located. <br /> <br />YARD SETBACK, SIDE. A yard between the side line of the lot and the nearest line of the building and <br />extending from the front yard to the rear yard. The area lying between the side line of a lot and extending <br />inwardly to the depth required in the setback regulations for the district in which the lot is located, and which <br />lies between the front and rear setbacks. <br /> <br />YARD, REAR. The portion of the yard on the same lot with the principal building located between the rear <br />line edge of the building and the rear lot line and extending for the full width of the lot. <br /> <br />BUILDABLE AREA.
