SWIMMING POOLS. Any pool, tank, or other structure, above or below ground, which shall cause or has <br />the capacity to retain water with a depth greater than 30 inches, and is designed to be used for swimming, <br />wading, or immersion purposes by individuals. <br /> <br />YARD. Revisions to § 156.107(A)(4-5) and (10) ACCESSORY STRUCTURES AND USES. <br />(4) For an interior lot, no detached garage accessory structure shall be erected or located within <br />any required yard other than the rear yard so that any edge or building line of the structure is <br />in front of the principal building. Any detached accessory structure that is not a garage shall <br />be located only within the rear yard. For a corner or interior lot that is a lakeshore lot, a <br />detached garage or accessory building shall be permitted closer to the front lot line than the <br />front building line or edge of the principal building, provided that the minimum front setback <br />for principal buildings is met Ͻ϶there is screening between the structure and the right-of-way, <br />and that all other required setbacks are met. <br />(5) Detached accessory buildings must have a minimum of a 5-foot interior side setback and a <br />10-foot rear setback. Revisions to § 156.111(1)(b) and (2) FENCES AND SPECIAL PRIVACY <br />SCREENING. <br />(1)(b) No fence other than a decorative fence may be constructed within a front yard setback. As used <br />herein, the term DECORATIVE FENCE means a wrought iron fence, wood or vinyl vertical post and <br />wood horizontal rail fence with no more than three rails or a wood or vinyl picket type fence with at <br />least two inches of open space between each picket. All decorative fences shall have at least 40% of <br />the surface area of the fence open. <br />(2) No residential fence may exceed six feet in height and. No decorative fence within the front yard <br />setback may exceed 36 inches in height. <br /> <br />Section 4. Revisions to § 156.122(A)(1-4) and (B)(1-3) YARDS. <br />(A) General requirements. The minimum depths of front yard, rear yard, and side yard setback for <br />each district shall be as defined in the schedule of regulations and conform to the following <br />additional regulations unless otherwise permitted: <br /> <br />
