July 2, 2025 <br />Centerville City Council <br />Page 8 of 8 <br />RE: 7064 Centerville Road, Variances for New Detached Garage <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission also recommended the following conditions of approval. <br />(1) The applicant is permitted to construct a detached garage on the property in <br />accordance with the plans received with this request. <br />a. The proposed garage shall be no closer than 1Ô-8đÒ from the house, and the <br />front/west face or building line of the garage shall be no more than 16 feet closer <br />to the front lot line than the front/west face or building line of the house. <br />(2) The proposed garage shall adhere to all applicable local, county, state, or federal <br />requirements. <br />(3) The applicant shall acquire all applicable local, county, state, or federal permits <br />required for the project. <br />(4) The applicant shall pay any fees or escrows required as part of this request. <br /> <br /> <br />60-DAY DEADLINE <br />The application was received May 15, 2025. The 60-day deadline for action by the City Council <br />per State statute 15.99 is July 15, 2025. <br /> <br />If the Council tables the request, the city can extend the timeline an additional 60-days per State <br />statute 15.99. The 120-day review period for final action by the City Council would end September <br />13, 2025. <br />65 <br /> <br />
