City Council Interview Questions Applicant Name: _________________ <br />The cornerstone of city government in Minnesota is the elected city council. In a statutory city, the mayor or any two <br />councilmembers of a five-member council or any three councilmembers of a seven-member <br />council may call a special meeting.
