CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RES. #25-0XX <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH BOLTN AND <br />MENK FOR PLANNING SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the city of Centerville desires to obtain consulting planning services to assist <br />the city with routine planning activities, such as pre-application/development meetings, the <br />preparation of development review memos, zoning letters, ordinance language assistance, <br />conditional and interim use permits, variance applications, and related graphic or mapping <br />work, etc.; and <br />WHEREAS, the city of Centerville has diligently evaluated potential planning firms <br />through an extensive interview process, considering factors such as professional <br />qualifications, experience, capacity to deliver, and past performance and; <br />WHEREAS, Boltn and Menk has been identified as the most suitable firm to provide <br />the required services based on the expertise their team brings, and the favorable terms <br />and conditions presented. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, The Centerville City Council hereby authorizes the <br />city administrator to enter into an agreement with Bolten and Menk for daily planning <br />services. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Centerville on this 13th day of August 2025. <br />Mayor Nancy Golden <br />Attest: <br />City Clerk Teresa Bender <br /> <br />
