DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1.Consider Strategies (Labor Negotiations & Performance or Terms of Employment) Î City <br />Administrator Position <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser provide council with a draft contract that was amicable to the individual that was <br />offered the City Administrator Position. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />III. ADJOURNMENT & RECONVENE TO COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />Mayor Golden Adjourned and reconvened the meeting to the Regularly Scheduled Council Meeting at <br />9:13 p.m. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />XI. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />Mayor Golden, Council Members Koski, Kubat and Rios and City Attorney Glaser were present. <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Lewis was called back into the Regular Session at 9:14 p.m. <br /> <br />XI. DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1.Announce the General topics Discussed in Closed Session <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser stated that a draft contract following negotiations with both the Council and the proposed <br />candidate were discussed. <br /> <br />2.Approve Employment Contract Î City Administrator <br /> <br />Attorney Glaser stated that the pay would be $125,00 per year with an eight-month performance review. <br />Personal Time Off would accrue at a rate of 9 hour per pay period; and Personal Time Off accrued in 2025 <br />shall carryover into 2026 with regard to the cap set by City Policy. He also stated that the city would pay <br />membership in the ICMA, and civic clubs and organizations deemed appropriate by the employee and <br />employer. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Rios, seconded by Mayor Golden to Approve the Employment Contract Î City <br />Administrator: Ms. Athanasia Lewis as stated above.
