Someone will need to <br />pick up the equipment. The flyer has been in the Kiosk and posted at LaMotte Park since the day following the meeting. A smaller <br />version has been contained in the Administrator's Report for the last month, a Facebook event page has been created and sent to 4XX <br />followers. The event is on the City's website calendar and will be social media blitzed as we get closer to the date of showing. <br />Volunteers are needed for this event.
