Recommendation to the City Council on Appointment to EDA <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced this item as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Rios and seconded by President Remillard to Recommend the <br />Appointment of Lloyd Drilling to the EDA. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />st <br />2. Revolving Loan and Grant Application – 7075 21 Ave. <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced this item, noting that the application for the façade <br />st <br />enhancement grant is for the business (former Noble Metal building) located at 7075 21 Street. <br />The application is for exterior cleaning and painting. Discussion ensued about partial or full <br />painting. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by President Remillard to approve the <br />Revolving Loan and Grant Application for FGS Property LLC in the amount of $8,782.50 <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by President Remillard to adjourn the March <br />19, 2024, Economic Development Authority meeting at 7:05 p.m. All in favor.
