Some curb <br />removal and replacement will continue to take <br />place on Peltier Circle, Heritage Street, LaMotte <br />Drive and Shad Avenue. The following streets <br />are a part of the project: Shad Avenue from <br />Main Street North to Fox Run; Heritage Street <br />from Centerville Road to LaMotte Drive; <br />LaMotte Drive from Heritage Street to the west <br />city limits; Center Street from Centerville Road <br />east to Dupre Road; All of Tourville Circle and <br />Oak Circle; Pheasant Lane from Center Street to <br />280Ó north of Partridge Place; Dupre Road from <br />200Ó south of Center Street to 200Ó north of <br />Center Street; and all of Peltier Circle. Abutting <br />property owners have received notice of a <br />public hearing for special assessments associated with the project scheduled for October 23, 2025, <br />commencing at 6:30 p.m. The public is welcome to appear and provide input. If Council approves the special <br />assessments, residents of the areas stated above will be provided with notice and an invoice for payment. If <br />payment is not received by November 15, 2025, the special assessment amount will be placed on your <br />property taxes payable 2026-2028 with interest. If you have any questions about this matter, please do not <br />hesitate to contact city hall. <br /> <br />CENTENNIAL LAKES POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month <br />Throughout the month of October, you may notice officers wearing <br />pink badges while on duty.
