A modern, well-designed system is crucial for effective workforce <br />management and long-term success, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and <br />helping public organizations meet evolving workforce and administrative needs. <br />For the City, we will deliver a structured and transparent study process that includes: <br />A communications strategy to ensure key stakeholders are provided with necessary <br />information and updates throughout the engagement, as appropriate. <br />Job data collection and analysis using a consistent, equitable methodology to ensure <br />accurate classifications and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemptions statuses, and <br />to identify any necessary consolidations or leveling of jobs. <br />Conduct a Pay Equity analysis and provide recommendations and tools to ensure <br />ongoing compliance with statutory requirements. <br />A classification structure that aligns with organizational roles and responsibilities and <br />provides promotionaland developmental growth and opportunities. <br />Updated job descriptions as needed to ensure industry best practices and appropriate <br />language, ensuring accurate descriptions of duties, minimum requirements, <br />responsibilities, physical requirements, and work environment details. <br />Market surveying and benchmarking through customized data collection and expert <br />analysis to determine competitive pay and address compression or internal inequities. <br />Updated competitive and flexible pay plan model with job pay range assignments, <br />reflecting defined organizational policy and compensation goals. <br />Implementation strategies with adjustment cost estimates for making any recommended <br />adjustments. <br />Ftchv"cpf"hkpcn"tgrqtvu"fgvcknkpi"vjg"uvwf{Ҁu"ogvjqfqnqi{."hkpfkpiu."cpf"tgeqoogpfcvkqpu." <br />including guidance for maintenance andadministration. <br />These components are incorporated into a phased work plan detailedin the following section. <br />Each task is designed to promote stakeholder understanding, support consistent project <br />communication, and ensure that the Cityreceives actionable and defensible recommendations <br />aligned with organizational goals and needs. <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />MGT uses proven project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, within <br />budget, and aligned with client expectations.
