I was informed that our original bid was going to council at the first <br />October meeting. That bid included the work being completed by the end of October 2025, when Motiv had equipment <br />in the area. With that said, I have included two options for the council to review and choose from that we would accept <br />to move forward with completion of this project. <br /> <br /> <br />Option 1 <br />Add 30% to all the bid items plus an additional $8,500.00 to mobilization if the council wants the storm sewer started in <br />2025. Property owners will not be happy ǞźƷŷ Ʒŷźƭ ƚƦƷźƚƓ͵ aƚƷźǝ ĭğƓ͸Ʒ ŭǒğƩğƓƷĻĻ completing the work yet in 2025 due to <br />the weather. <br /> <br />Option 2 <br />Add 20% to all the bid items plus an additional $7,500.00 to mobilization if the council waits to complete the storm <br />sewer in the Spring 2026. Pond dewatering may need to be talked about at that time. Contracts in 2025. <br /> <br />Thanks again for the opportunity.
