93 <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: Requested Council Meeting Date: <br />November 13, 2025 <br />Administration <br />VII.2 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Contract for Classification, Compensation and Pay Equity Study <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />A few weeks ago, the City issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Classification, Compensation, and Pay <br />Equity Study. Three proposals were received, and staff conducted interviews with each of the firms. While all <br />firms demonstrated strong qualifications and the ability to perform the desired scope of work, staff recommends <br />contracting with MGT. This recommendation is based on MGTÓs flexibility and their willingness to tailor their <br />approach to meet the CityÓs specific needs.
