CITY OF CENTERVILLE ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA ORDINANCE #143, SECOND SERIES AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE CHAPTER 156.015, GENERAL PROVISIONS, (A),THE OFFICAL CENTERVILLE ZONING MAP, TO REZONE OUTLOT D OF THE REHBEIN COMMERCIAL PLAT FROM B-2 TO R-3 The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: Section 1. Zoning Map Amendment. The following property is hereby rezoned from B-2, Main Street Commercial, to R-3, High Density, Multi-family, Residential: Outlot D, Rehbein Commercial Plat, Anoka County, Minnesota—PIN #R24-31-22-22-0223, 7181 —21 t Avenue North Section 2. Zoning Map. The zoning map of the City of Centerville shall be republished in the ordinary course to show the aforesaid zoning, and in the interim the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on file in the Clerk's Office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this ordinance, and all of the notations, references, and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance. Section 3. Effective Date. Approval of this ordinance is conditioned upon the following: 1. The proposed zoning map amendment shall not be approved until or unless the City approves a Preliminary Plat and PUD for an attached townhome project consistent with the concept plan submitted by Equinox Construction, LLC as may be subsequently revised to meet City requirements. 2. Submission to and approval by the Metropolitan Council of the proposed amendment. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Centerville.
