CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE #143, SECOND SERIES <br /> AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE CHAPTER 156.015, GENERAL PROVISIONS, (A),THE <br /> OFFICAL CENTERVILLE ZONING MAP, TO REZONE OUTLOT D OF THE REHBEIN <br /> COMMERCIAL PLAT FROM B-2 TO R-3 <br /> The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Zoning Map Amendment. The following property is hereby rezoned from B-2, Main Street <br /> Commercial, to R-3, High Density, Multi-family, Residential: <br /> Outlot D, Rehbein Commercial Plat, Anoka County, Minnesota—PIN #R24-31-22-22-0223, <br /> 7181 —21 t Avenue North <br /> Section 2. Zoning Map. The zoning map of the City of Centerville shall be republished in the ordinary <br /> course to show the aforesaid zoning, and in the interim the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning <br /> map on file in the Clerk's Office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in <br /> this ordinance, and all of the notations, references, and other information shown thereon are hereby <br /> incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Effective Date. Approval of this ordinance is conditioned upon the following: <br /> 1. The proposed zoning map amendment shall not be approved until or unless the City approves a <br /> Preliminary Plat and PUD for an attached townhome project consistent with the concept plan <br /> submitted by Equinox Construction, LLC as may be subsequently revised to meet City <br /> requirements. <br /> 2. Submission to and approval by the Metropolitan Council of the proposed amendment.
