SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT <br />WAIVER OF HEARING AND APPEAL <br />AGREEMENT made this ______ day of _______________, 2025, by and between the <br />City of Centerville, a Minnesota municipal corporation (“City”), and Amy Stieve (married name: <br />Amy Boddie) and Anthony Boddie (“Property Owners”), a married couple. <br />RECITALS <br />A. Property Owner(s) are the fee owners of the following described real property, <br />located in the City of Centerville, Anoka County, Minnesota (“Subject Property”): <br />PIN #23-31-22-41-0051 LOT 20, BLOCK 2, CENTER VILLA <br />6996 BRIAN DRIVE <br /> Property Owner has agreed to participate in the City’s program for cost share (City of <br />Centerville’s portion of entire project, ($39,600) and ($14,405.35) – Participating Property <br />Owners Portion. There are a total of four (4) properties that are involved with this cost share <br />project: 6996 Brian Drive (major cost share portion - $10,405.35), 1922 Eagle Trail – 6996 <br />Brian Drive agreed to pay their portion, 1932 Eagle Trail - $2,000 and 1940 Eagle Trail - $2,000. <br />This project is authorized by City Resolution #23-017. <br /> C. Said drainage measures proposed with this project will be completed by Olson’s <br />Sewer Services, Inc. on behalf of the City of Centerville. Said project portion to individual <br />property owner will not exceed the amount assessed through this agreement. <br />E. The costs to be incurred for the Improvement is the amount of the special <br />assessment listed below: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THEIR MUTUAL <br />COVENANTS, THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City will assess the Subject Property $10,405.35. The special assessment <br />principal shall be payable in equal installments over five (5) years, plus 3.5% <br />interest on the unpaid balance. Interest shall begin accruing on November 1, <br />- 1 - <br />110 <br /> <br />
