We will remove the mineral deposits and clean out the joints as needed to get sealing materials <br />to fill and bond properly. <br />2. Fill joints with fast setting 4000 psi hydraulic cement. <br />3. Drill ports and mechanically inject DeNeef water activated chemical grout to seal all joints, dog <br />houses and other leaks. <br />4. After the grout cures we will remove the packers and seal the holes with hydraulic cement. <br />Floor rebuild procedure: <br />1. We will demo the bench and invert as needed. <br />2. We will rebuild the bench and shape the inverts to promote unobstructed positive flow. <br />3. We will use fast setting 4000 psi hydraulic cement for all repairs and rebuilds. <br />All labor and materials for leak sealing & floor repair: <br />6923 Pheasant Ln. Lump Sum: 5,700.00 <br />Pheasant Ln & Center St. Lump Sum: 5,700.00 <br />Spray liner procedure: <br /> We will remove the steps. <br /> We will seal all leaks. <br /> We will sand blast the structure. <br /> We will fill all voids with fast setting hydraulic repair mortar. <br /> We will spin-cast and trowel smooth a minimum 1/2 inch of A.W. Cook 10,000 psi MSM <br />restoration mortar. <br /> We will spray apply minimum 80 mils Sherwin Williams Dura-Plate 6000 to entire structure. <br />6919 Pheasant Ln.
