City of Centerville <br />City Work Session & Council Meeting Minutes <br />August 27, 2025 <br />(ii) Centennial Fire District Steering Committee – Council Member Koski gave no report <br />but requested that Administrator Lewis she could provide that information. Administrator <br />Lewis stated that their was brief discussion regarding contract language and that it would <br />be looked at on September 10, 2025. <br />(iii) Anoka County Fire Protection Council – Council Member Koski gave no report. <br />c. Rios - <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Rios gave no report but thanked <br />all who participated in the recent U of M community meeting. She stated that she felt is <br />was very nice to meet residents and that the turnout was well received. Council Member <br />Rios encouraged others to participate in the U of M community meetings <br />e. Golden – <br />(i) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board – Mayor Golden gave no report. <br />(i)North Metro Telecommunications Commission – Mayor Golden reported that the <br />commission cancelled their September 3, 2025, meeting with a possibility of cancelling <br />their September 17, meeting also. <br />(ii)Other Mayoral Reports – Mayor Golden congratulated Jr. Council Member Wynn on the <br />win against Forest Lake and Duluth East and wished her good luck on the season. <br />f. Jr. Council Member Wynn – Jr. Council Member Wynn reported that the Centennial High <br />School is getting into full swing with a football game taking place this evening and a few tennis <br />matches scheduled. Jr. Council Member Wynn stated that she also attended the U of M community <br />meeting which she also enjoyed.She expressed her gratefulness in the opportunity to participate <br />and provide input. <br />g. Attorney Glaser – Attorney Glaser gave no report. <br />Motion by Mayor Golden, seconded by Council Member Koski to adjourn the meeting of August <br />25, 2025, at 7:53 p.m. All in favor.
