Encroachment Agreements <br />a) 7206 LaValle Drive Î Draintile <br />b) 7208 LaValle Drive Î Draintile <br />c) 6860 Depre Road Î Fence <br />6. 2025 Thin Mill & Overlay <br />a) Resolution #25-0XX Î Declaring Cost to be Assessed and Ordering Preparation of <br />Proposed Assessment <br /> <br />b) Resolution #25-0XX Î A Resolution for Public Hearing on Proposed Assessment <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for members to remove items for additional discussion. <br />Council Member Koski requested Item #4 be pulled and Mayor Golden requested Item #3 be pulled for <br />comment. <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Rios to Approve Items 1, 2, 5 and <br />6 from the Consent Agenda, as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Koski stated that he wanted to congratulate Mr. Caleb Molitor Î P.W. Service <br />Technician, on the completion of his probationary period. <br /> <br />Mayor Golden stated that it was National Fire Protection Week and she thanked all Public Safety Service <br />providers for their service. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Rios to Approve Consent Agenda <br />Items #3 and #4 as presented.
