City of Centerville <br />City Council & Closed Exec. Session Meeting Minutes <br />October 9, 2025 <br />Mayor Golden, Council Members Broussard-Vickers, Koski, and Rios were present, along with Junior <br />Council Member Wynn, City Administrator Lewis and City Attorney Glaser. <br />II.ITEMS OF DISCUSSION <br />1.Block 7 & 1737 Main Street <br />Administrator Lewis stated that she was looking for directions with regards to marketing, <br />accepting proposals, density desires, etc. associated with these nine parcels. She stated that the city could <br />be s as the properties were owned by the city.
