So my recommendations are simple: <br /> <br />1) On streetlights without wreaths, use red/white candy cane design garland to wrap the poles. <br /> <br />2) For the 2026 holiday season, promote a holiday decorating campaign among Centerville businesses. <br />Incentivize businesses by offering a prize for the best decorated business. Judges can be comprised of <br />residents/committee members who have no relation to the business owners. <br /> <br />3) Hold a similar contest among homeowners along Main Street and Centerville Road to increase holiday <br />decorations.
