CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:30 p.m. by President Remillard. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />President Remillard called the roll. <br /> <br />PRESENT: President Mark Remillard <br />Vice-President Chris Swenson <br />Councilmember Anita Rios <br />Linda Broussard <br /> <br />ABSENT: Lloyd Drilling <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />New Business item 1 was moved under Presentations, so resident Katya Port could talk with the <br />EDA about her ideas for holiday decorations. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Rios to approve the agenda <br />as revised. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. October 15, 2025, EDA Minutes <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Broussard Vickers to <br />approve October 15, 2025, meeting minutes.
