City Attorney Glaser – No report was given. <br /> <br />Mayor Golden read the statement below prior to recessing of the regular City Council meeting to <br />the Closed Executive Session at 9:15 p.m. <br /> <br />X. RECESS TO CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION – The City Council will meet in closed session <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(c) to develop or consider offers or <br />counteroffers related to the potential transfer of real and personal property in connection with <br />proposals for fire services. The closed session will also address labor negotiation strategy related <br />to fire services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 13D.03, subdivision 1(b). <br /> <br />CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />Mayor Golden opened the Closed Executive session following a five-minute break at 9:20 p.m. <br /> <br />I.
