CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Heidi Errickson-Grahek called the Regularly Scheduled Meeting of the Parks & <br />Recreation Committee to order on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />1. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present: Chairperson Heidi Errickson-Grahek <br />Committee Member Emem Akpan <br /> Committee Member Kathy Freiermuth <br />Committee Member Ashley Fuchs <br />Committee Member Deanna Loomis <br />Committee Member Brian Peterson <br /> Committee Member Katya Port <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: City Clerk, Ms. Teresa Bender <br />City Council Liaison, David Kubat <br /> <br /> <br />II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />Mr. Jon Gilberstson will appear under III. Appearances. Swings at Royal Meadow Park will be <br />discussed under Committee Updates. Potential signage on ATV trails will be discussed under <br />Updates. <br /> <br />Motion by Committee Member Akpan, seconded by Chairperson Errickson-Grahek to <br />approve the amended agenda as presented.
