City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />February 12, 2026 <br />1.Res. #26-0XX – Establishing Allina Ambulance as the Primary Ambulance Service for <br />Centerville <br />City Administrator Lewis stated that Spring Lake Park/Blaine/Mounds View utilizes Allina Ambulance, <br />and that a switch from M Health Fairview makes sense. She stated that it did not affect the budget but <br />revenue from renting space to M Health Fairview for their vehicle would be decreased by $7-8,000 per <br />year. It was stated that the relationship between the city and M Health Fairview was strong and that they <br />provided excellent services. <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Rios to Adopt Res. #26-003 – Establishing Allina <br />Ambulance as the Primary Ambulance Service for Centerville. Roll Call: Mayor Golden, Council <br />Members Broussard Vicker, Koski and Rios in favor. Motion carried. <br />X. COUNCIL/ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />1. Administrator Report – Administrator Lewis stated that the report was contained in the packet <br />for council’s review and that she would take questions. <br />2. Council Report <br />a. Kubat – <br />(i) Park & Recreation Committee – Council Member Kubat gave no report. <br />(ii) Centennial Fire District Committee – Council Member Kubat gave no report. <br />b. Koski - <br />rd <br /> (i) Planning & Zoning Commission – The 3 Addition was already updated. <br /> (ii) Centennial Fire District Steering Committee – Council Member Koski gave no report. <br /> (iii) Anoka County Fire Protection Council – Council Member Koski gave no report. <br />c. Rios - <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Rios gave no report and stated that <br />the meeting would be the following week. <br />(ii) Parks and Recreation Committee – Council Member Rios stated that an Eagle Scout <br />Project to install bat houses was recommended to Council and that the Public Works <br />Director proposed a tree purchasing suggestion to the committee. <br />d. Broussard Vickers – Council Member Broussard Vickers thanked Council Member Rios for her <br />attendance of the Parks & Recreation meeting. <br /> (i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Broussard Vickers gave no report. <br /> (ii) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board – Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers gave no report. <br />e. Golden – Mayor Golden stated that the Fete des Lacs parade was scheduled for July 18, 2026, this <br />year. <br />(i) Centennial Lakes Police Governing Board – Mayor Golden gave no report. <br />(ii) North Metro Telecommunications Commission – Mayor Golden gave no report. <br />(iii) Other Mayoral Reports – Mayor Golden gave no report. <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />80 <br /> <br />
