<br />Regarding the Valuation Notice: If you believe the valuation or classification of your property is incorrect, <br />call the Centerville City Assessor, Mary Wells at 763-412-1966, Ext #1 to discuss it. Many issues can be <br />resolved with a phone call to the Assessor. There is also a formal appeal option, which is at the Centerville <br />Local Board of Appeal & Equalization meeting, held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or shortly <br />thereafter, at Centerville City Hall in Council Chambers.
