For general questions about these
statements, Anoka County has an online resource at:
https://www.anokacounty.us/281/About-Your-Tax-Statements.
Regarding the Valuation Notice: If you believe the valuation or
classification of your property is incorrect, call the Centerville City
Assessor, Mary Wells at 763-412-1966, Ext #1 to discuss it. Many issues
can be resolved with a phone call to the Assessor. If you
plan to appear at this meeting to appeal your property valuation, please call
Mary Wells ahead of time so she can research your questions prior to the
meeting.
Downton Visioning Study
Bolten & Menk, the CityÓs planning firm, presented the results of their downtown
th
vision study at an ESMC meeting held on April 8. Next steps from Bolten and Menk
include delivering policy recommendations to the city council.
The U of MN Staff were also in
th
attendance at the April 8 ESMC
meeting, and they are picking up where
they left off on reviewing the public
realm.
