The project plans are consistent <br />with the landscaping and screening approved for the first phase of the project on this site. Outside of <br />grass lawn areawhere the building expansion is located, nolandscaping or green spaces are proposed <br />for removal. Trees that may be impacted by construction will be moved or replaced.No additional <br />screening appears to be necessary on the site as existing plantings and site design were planned for this <br />expansion. <br />Storage <br />At present,60 stalls are provided for on-sitestorage of trailers, with 30trailer stallsfound on either side <br />of the existing building. The design proposes an additional32 trailer storage stallscontinuing south <br />along either side of the building.The use of these stalls is considered incidental to the principal use. <br />Parkingand Loading <br />There are currently 93surface parking stalls (including 4 ADAspaces) along the north property boundary <br />abutting Fairview St. An additional 13 stalls will be provided with the expansion, providing atotal of 106 <br />stalls. When taken with the trailer storage stalls, there are 198 spaces available on site.
