The addition is proposed on the south end of the existing facility, towards the rear property <br />boundary. <br />Proposed building materials include precast concrete wall panels with smooth finish to match the <br />existing exterior façade. Staff find the proposed design to be consistent with City Code Sec. 156.040(P), <br />which requires that industrial buildings are constructed of brick, decorative block or approved masonry <br />product.These exterior materials are also generally consistent with surrounding industrial buildings. <br />138 <br /> <br />
