ITEMS OF DISCUSSION (Cont’d) <br /> <br />2. Capital Improvement Plan <br /> <br />Finance Director DeJong provided council with a draft 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Plan and <br />reviewed it with them. <br /> <br />Lengthy discussion was had regarding anticipated expenditures and planning. Finance Director DeJong, <br />Public Works Director Lehn and City Administrator Lewis addressed all questions and concerns. <br /> <br />III.
