City of Centerville <br />Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes <br />June 22, 2026 <br /> <br />This item was discussed earlier at the Work Session this evening. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to Authorize <br />Staff to Enter into a Contract with Bolton & Menk for the Completion of the City’s 2050 <br />Comprehensive Plan. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. Appointment of New Council Member <br /> <br />Candidate Kale Haluptzok was interviewed during Council’s Work Session earlier. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to Appoint <br />Mr. Kale Haluptzok to Council filing the seat until a Special Election for the remain two year term <br />is filled in 2027. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />X. COUNCIL/ADMINISTRATOR ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> <br />1. Administrator Report – Administrator Lewis stated that the report was contained in the packet <br />for council’s review and that she would take questions. <br /> <br />2. Council Report <br /> <br />a. Vacant – <br />(i) Centennial Fire District Committee – <br /> <br />b. Koski - <br /> (i) Planning & Zoning Commission – Council Member Koski gave no report <br /> (ii) Centennial Fire District Steering Committee – Council Member Koski gave no report. <br /> (iii) Anoka County Fire Protection Council – Council Member Koski gave no report. <br /> (iv) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board – Council Member Koski <br />attended on behalf of Council Member Broussard Vickers and reported that he participated <br />in interviews for the position of Police Chief. <br /> <br />c. Rios - <br />(i) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Rios stated that the June meeting <br />had been cancelled. <br />(ii) Parks and Recreation Committee – Council Member Rios gave no report. <br /> <br />d. Broussard Vickers – <br />(i) Park & Recreation Committee – Council Member Broussard Vickers gave no report <br />(ii) Economic Development Authority – Council Member Broussard Vickers gave no report. <br />(iii) Centennial Lakes Police Department Governing Board – Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers gave no report. <br /> <br />e.
